Eventually he'll get the message and he'll have fun on the way. You should have seen what he did to a bit of banana last night...second thoughts maybe it's better that you didn't

Try and imagine how far 1/2 a squidged up banana can travel....but it was such fun!!!!
1/2 the pleasure of baby led weaning is making food pleasurable and not the chore it becomes when you have to shovel spoonful after spoonful of unappetising mush into an unwilling mouth.
Jacob loves food.....he's just not over keen on eating it at the moment but when he gets his act together he's going to really enjoy it.

Is he making progress on the eating front now hun?
Lucas loves his food & loves it even more if it's something he can grab hold of! My eldest, Kian, wasn't the same. He was a right greedy little monkey & prefered it to be shovelled into his mouth at a speedy pace
Yes he is Lou. He loves a bit of toast for breakfast (although we've found his delicate little bum finds wholemeal a bit harsh so we've switched to white bread for now) and through the day he has bits of fruit and veg whenever we're eating it. He still loves playing with it more than eating it though

Aww bless him. Lucas likes toast too but he also loves his weetabix I love to see them eating fruit & veg & really enjoying the experience. Lucas' fave is brocolli - it would be the one that makes the most mess!

It's National Baby Massage Week 13-18 May, and it's got me fondly reminiscing about the wonderful baby massage classes I took my two boys to when they were tiny.
