A few members have said they would be interested in doing a book swap. Basically you can start a thread called 'your name's Book Swap Library' then if anyone wants to swap a book with you they can reply on your thread & you can either choose a book from their library or if they don't have a library thread they can just offer you a book they do have! Obviously you can decline the swap if they have nothing you want to read or you've read all their books already. No one will take offence 
I am putting a few rules in place for the book swap. If you want to join in then make sure:
You have at least 100 posts
You are a regular poster (usually use the forum to post at least once a week - obviously there are times when people can't due to illness, holidays etc)
Send the books by recorded delivery (only costs a bit more & will make sure you can track lost ones between yourselves) - you can decide amongst yourselves whether you want to send 1st or 2nd class.
Give details of books (eg, paperback or hardback, condition of book, book type - crime/thriller/chick lit/romance/factual)
Remember to remove the book from your list when you have agreed a swap!
Remember, this is not set up by TBW, this is just a book swap between members, so if you have any issues with not receiving etc you will have to sort that out with your swapper.
