..as I feel we're both ready for it now. The next 16-week class for babies starts on 3rd Jan and is at 11am. Only problem is, he normally has his morning nap from around 9.30 - 11 (I know eventually he'll drop his morning nap but don't think he will by 10 months) and then he has a bottle around 11.30. He still has to have 4 bottles a day currently as he only takes 4-5 oz a time.
So I don't know what to do unless I change his routine a bit and get him up a bit earlier on that day about 6.30 and have his first bottle then rather than 7.15 so he can have his nap, say 8.30 til 10? Then we could get ready and go then.
It seems a bit silly just to not go because of his nap times... what do you all think? Would it be messing him about too much. Am i worrying for nothing lol. All I know he would need a sleep and milk before we go or would be very grumpy lol.

Hi Sarah, i personally think he will be fine, just allow him to fall asleep in his pushchair or carseat so you can get him there without to much trouble and leave his bottle till after swimming. You might even find he will fall to sleep after swimming and his bottle. Go and enjoy yourselves :D

I would say try letting him have a quick nap before you go, then give him milk after swimming. He will probably have another nap after swimming because he will be tired lol!

Go and enjoy it, I'm sure you and jack will both love it :D

Well we've been and booked it today! Can't wait to start in 3 weeks' time, think he will love it. Went and had a look at the teaching pool and it's lovely and warm and in a lovely and warm room, about 30 odd degrees, so they don't get cold when they come out :)
Still think it's best if he has a sleep before we go though as he's always really tired again by 9.30 so don't think he'll wait til after 11.30 to sleep and I don't want him to be grumpy when there, but we can work it out. :D
