i am so proud of my Cameron. It has been 5 months since we have left the refuge and all of the issues we had with his school refusal and seperation anxiety and since moving in to our new home ans starting his new school he has not missed a day! whats better is he willingly does his homework and his reading AND he is doing really well with it too. He has gone up by about 4 reading levels in 5 months and is in one of the top groups for his spellings! i am just glad that he is going to school!
Today we were late for school due to workmen turning up at my house when I was about to leave and I thought that he would go back to his seperation issue and refuse to let go of me and cry etc....but he didn't, he ordered his lunch at the reception and then walked down to his class on his own, he did not even look back once.
I felt like I was going to cry because I have never known him to do that, he has always wanted me to take him, I was so happy and proud of him............My baby is growing up.............my little man xx [smilie=angel.gif]
