my 8 month old has suddenly decided that she dont want to eat her solid food she normaly eats a full jar were as now she can only manege a few mouthfull and then gives up she will happily eat rusks and baby oat cakes and baby crisps she is not given snacks yet as she eating so liyyle am giving her an oat cake or 2 she will drink her bottles tho and she only has 3 a day any 1 no what i can do to get her 2 eat or any tips please

Maybe she just doesn't like the jar anymore. Try making bit extra of your own dinner, and mash/ puree to the level daughter would eat. Either that give her more finger food rather than a jar - a sandwich etc at lunch instead of a jar? Sorry not much help. My 3 are all grubbers and would eat a scabby horse in their reach xx

Sounds like she prefers finger foods. Lewis was similar he preferred to have something in his hands to munch on rather than a jar. He preferred mashed up fruit and veg too. Saves plenty pennies too Try whatever your having mashed up, and vary with finger foods. Might work
