I know a lady who claims this, and as far as i can gather its a benefit that helps you out while you are not able to work just yet or are able to only work when you are up to it. (The lady i know claims it because she is waiting for a operation on her back and until she has had it done and recovered she cant work) depending on the reasons why you can claim it you may still have to attend work focused interviews (nothing to worry about, they just look at how they can help you find work and how you and your family maybe better off) there is a few websites that explain what it is in more detail, but due to me using a moblie phone im unable to post the links. x
