I just need a place to have a bit of a moan etc....

This pregnancy is just so different to my last two. I'm now beginnig to feel really uncomfortable, huge and incredibly pregnant. She is very active especially at night, when I am trying to sleep. :(

I get backache as I walk, as well as breathlessness, so I have to sit down as soon as I can. I have little or no energy to do things, especially with my boys.
And also getting braxton hicks, which are such a joy! :(

We're also going away to Berwick-On-Tweed for a week when I'm 37 weeks along (as we are both originally from there). The boys are coming with us, but I'm a bit anxious going away so close to my due date. Am I wrong to suggest I take my hospital bag with us, just in case, or am I being paranoid?.

My fiance is out at work full-time, but at least I have my Mum nearby to help out when she can.

My clothes no longer fit so living in Stuart's joggers, t-shirts/shirts as they are the only things that fit me just now!!!! Very attractive!!!

Apart from the above I am really looking forward to meeting our girl in August. Just hope the next few weeks go by fast!!!!!

Becky

I woke up this morning feeling as if I was 38 weeks!!!

Lying on sofa for most of morning with a wrap and hot water bottle to ease the backache and soreness at the bottom of bump. Feels as if she is really pressing to get out - really active now as well !!!

Only 13 weeks left after Friday.....

Aw chick I can sympathise. I felt like that from about 20 weeks with the twins, to the extent that by 34 weeks I couldn't walk at all as they were putting immense pressure on a pre-existing back injury, and major rib flare. I actually begged the Dr to take me early - poor Neil had carried me the length of the car park, and the length of the hospital twice, to go for my appointment. No deal - thankfully the twins decided to arrive the very next night.
I agree with Yvonne take everything with you. I went early with both mine - twins at just 34 weeks. But with Ella, had been to Texas gig on the Tuesday night, and then had a mega stressful and busy day at work on Friday. Went to the gym on the Sunday morning, and to bed early exhausted. I went into labour that night. What a laugh phoning my HT to say I wasn't coming back to work. I was only 37 weeks (to the day) and still had a week at work. She seemed to believe I would be back in later in the week - erm No this baby is coming today
xx

I'm feeling the same as you, this pregnancy is very different from when I had Lacey, roll on August for me aswell. I get no sleep, as soon as I rest she starts a disco and is very low, feels like she is going to break out. Back hurts, infact everywhere hurts. I'm so thankfull Lacey is so easy going and very helpfull for her age, she is always asking are you ok mummy xx

I would take everything with you on your trip just in case.
