[b]My name is Cheryl and i have a daughter called Caitlin. I am a teen mum, was made a teen mum at the age of 15 n a half. Ive just turned 17 which makes my daughter almost 18months old.
At first i thought i would find having a child at a young age very difficult but thanks to my parents the last year and half has been a breeze for me. Even though i had Caitlin i still attended school and have done a year at college, iv just been accepted to do my NVQ level 2 in Early Years Childcare. Caitlin also attends a brilliant nursery. I hate to boste but im really proud of myself as most young mums have difficult lives and im basically typing this to say, even if your a teen mum, it doesnt stop you from education and a social life.
Im not with the biological father, but my current partner is just the best :) At mine and his age im suprised he enjoys taking me and my baby on:)

Thanks for reading [b]

hi,and welcome to the site :)

im fifi mummy to tiffany 4 harrison 19months and freya 7 weeks.

it was lovely to read such a positive story from a young mum...well done you for looking after you lil' girl whilst also undertaking your education! (no mean feat i bet!)

it helps that you have a good supportive family how lovely of them! :)

i believe that it does not matter on the age of a mother if they love their child and do their best by them, age is of no importance!

again, welcome to the site and hope to see you around the forum! :D

It's amazing what you can achieve with the right level of support. That's not to take anything from you though, well done. Great story. x
