ok so im TTC what is a good pre-natal vitamin to be taking??

I would just say folic acid?
You can get all these mixes of vitamins but I think it's folic acid what they recommend.

yes, my OB also advised me to take iron-folic.

I took Pregnacare Conception when trying conceive and started a couple of months before to make sure I had good levels of vitamins all round. This includes the recommended amount of Folic Acid to take when pregnant/trying to conceive. They're quite expensive though so if you're only going to take one thing take Folic Acid which you need to take til you're at least 3 months pregnant. They're quite cheap, only about £1.99 in Boots for a 60 day supply, I've just bought some as planning to TTC no2 soon.
