I am trying to be greener everyday. Growing our own veg etc was a start. Obviously we recycle too.
Well with recycling in mind I came across 2 different types of person.

firstly I have been given a buggy - this came about as I posted on a forum that I was in need of a spacious buggy for our holidays - A lady posted back that she had one that I could have for free!! How kind is that!! I am currently awaiting delivery of the buggy, but from the pictures this lady could easily have sold this and made herself a little money back - lovely lady :D

Secondly I purchased some cloth nappies from a lady on a different forum - told they were used, I was happy with this as they were only for bedtimes. I paid and awaited arrival. When they arrived I was extremely upset :( She had sold me unusable cloth nappies - ripped, stained and manky. I wouldnt use these let alone sell them to another person.

So the first person I found gave away perfectly good items, didnt sell but was happy to help someone else. Then the 2nd person obviously selling unfit goods just to make a couple of pounds.
There really is some items out there that do have to be thrown away and cant be recycled.

Ewwww! Those nappies sound nasty! Shame on her for selling them! I'd be tempted to 'soil' them further and post them back to her!

As for the pram lady - bless her! You know, she's the type of person that just wants the buggy to have a good home, and cares little about anything else. x

Just shows the balance between good, and MANKY! Nappies sound rank, but at least you got a buggy from the nice kind lady, bless her!

Argh Yuk... How could she be comfortable selling something like that  I hate it when you feel like you've been ripped off. I would only ever sell something I would be happy to recieve myself. Bless the buggy lady though! Thats lovely :D

She says i received £70 worth of stuff for a fraction of the price, but believe me if you see the photos you would be discusted - they are not worth 1p!
