...with numerous compromises!!!
Original plan was a joint party with her best friend Scott, then we had Scott's cousin Adam join so it was a triple joint party (all in the same class so no extra kids to add). Then Scott pulled out so it was to be Jaidyn & Adam, yeah that went down like a lead balloon when I told her. She started with I want my own party etc etc. Reason for a joint one was to save money, so no her own party was not going to happen before the summer, it would have to wait until August, lead balloon again!
Anyway long story short, managed to get her to agree to a joint party with Adam, but they must have their own cakes, be sung Happy Birthday individually and have their own party bags! Whatever you want my child
Oh and it could still be a triple party as Scott's mum is trying to persuade him it's a good idea!
They're only turning 6, it's not meant to be this hard!!!
