I am 12 stone size 16 and trying to lose 3 stone and 3 dress sizes in 3 months, i have done it before 5 years ago, my plan is simple EAT LESS,COUNT CALORIES AND EXERCISE, my choice of exercise is pilates, dancing and skipping. i lost 1/2 stone in 8 days and feeling good, need to lose 19 kg.

one tip is to concentrate more on your face and body care such as skincare, bodycreams and perfumes to take your mind off the food and hold up the right size trousers every few days and imagine yourself in them and plan your future fashion buys!

will keep this page updated with my progress..

Hello
thanks for the tips - you are right, a mix of exercise, healthy eating and positive attitude is the way forward, and of course willpower.
Good luck x

Pilates is definitely my choice for muscle tone, and walking for burning calories (especailly with a 30lbs toddler in the pushchair!). Calories counting and exercise is the absolute best way to go about it: it's exactly what I did, and I lost over a stone and it stayed off!

Good luck with the weight loss Hon, keep us posted. :D

Thanks Vickie. It's brilliant for toning up, in fact, it would really benefit your 'pelvic floor' problem too! :D
