Hey hun
Congratulations on your pregnancy and well done for giving up! Im a smoker too (i know boo hiss) so i know exactly how ur feeling having gave up for a year then restarted 2 years ago (watching my nan die was too much for my will power im afraid!) the only thing i can suggest is quit with someone if possible, or ask your doctor for help. He will be able to give you the contact for the NHS thing and assist in other ways. Me and my husband went cold turkey and going back is something i always regret. I wish u all the luck in the world hun and im here if you ever need to chat

I went cold turkey and it was very tough, slippe dup a few times but got there in the end. Be strong and keep yourself busy, chew on some gum or some mints and good luck xx
Hello.... I know how you're feeling hunni this is my first time being pregnant and i was a HEAVY smoker i've cut down from 20+ a day to 2-3 a day but it has been hell. Try chewing on a bit of raw carrot as it keeps ya fingers busy and it's healthy! Or going out for a walk or just keeping yaself active as i've found when i'm sitting about thats when I want to smoke at the most. Anyways hunni good luck. x

It's National Baby Massage Week 13-18 May, and it's got me fondly reminiscing about the wonderful baby massage classes I took my two boys to when they were tiny.
