Was supposed tobe getting insulation done in the loft on Monday. Had surveyors who came in and says the current insulation in there was doesn't to the correct standards and there was bits in places that there shouldn't of been and basically all needed redone. Si arranged it all, the workmen come out on Monday morning and I had to get the loft emptied. Basically everything was out of the loft was stacked up in my bedroom, it looked like a bomb had dropped!
So when the company come to put everything right they went up in the loft and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with it at all! And even says themselves that the people who work for their company scouting for work had told us it needed doing when it didn't! And what makes it worse was that it was going to cost us £209!
Ive been intouch with the company and it's all being looked into now! Was told that it could of been a mistake! Yeah really sounds like a one that was going to cost over £200! Supposed go hear something from them in 5 working days do should be towards the end of the week! If I don't I'll be keeping on at them!
Bunch of swines

I know, you get some people would just say they had done what needed doing just to get the money! They says themselves were not like that and would rather tell people that basically they've been ripped off.
