I've never tried it and never will. There is no magic pill to losing weight, even one that claims to 'aid' weightloss. It's just another marketing ploy to get you to buy the product and make you think it is doing something for you when there is no way that it can do anything. It practically tells you that the product is useless: 'alli must be used in combination with a reduced calorie, lower-fat diet. The action of the capsules will assist your efforts by helping you lose more weight compared to dieting alone'. OH really? a reduced calorie, lowere fat diet will make you lose weight anyway, without the use of this pointless placebo. That's exactly what it is: a placebo. There is only one way to lose weight and that is by expelling more calories than you eat: that's a scientific fact!

my sister works for a well know pharmacy, and she says people that take alli have really, really bad diarohha ~(sp). if you are taking alli, and if you eat anything with a fat content in it, the alli makes you expel the fat. so you will lose weight, but you'll have a sore bum in the process! lol.

I've personally never used it but I know there's a huge Market out there for it. There's loads of people buy it at work and it's advertised everywhere isn't it?
