Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but...

I have created a ticker on Lilypie & have tried copying the code on to my signature but when I go & check if it's worked, it just shows as the code itself...not the nice ticker! I have tried a few formats..HTML. BBCode etc but so far no luck! :?

Where am I going wrong? Any advice on how to get this to work would be greatly appreciated!

Forgot to say if you cant get it to work if you post a message in the 'request a siggy' post then one of the very talented ladies that make the ones like mine (Kindly made by blondelou) will be able to make one for you and then they'll post a link you just paste into the signature box in your profile. :D

You need to use the img code for bulletin boards and forums. I've not used Lilypie myself, but I know that photobucket gives you a list of all the various formats for links when you hover the cursor directly over the image. Hope that helps!

I haven't used tickers for quite a while but it used to be the BBCode that you need :?

Thanks for the advice ladies...it's the BB code I tried for the ticker but it didn't work. Will give it another go with the img code & if it doesn't work this time I will give it up as a bad job..lol!

(Don't really need a personalised photo siggy just yet as they seem to be for pics of the kiddies & I don't have any just yet - No.1 is on it's way tho!) :D
