It takes a little bit of trial and error depending on the amount that your baby is having.
Logan is on 8oz bottles so I make up his bottles with just under 6oz of boiled water, when he is due a feed, I just fill the bottle to the 8oz line with freshly boiled water, and then add the milk, instant feed ready in about 2 minutes, rather than waiting for the bottle to heat up.
This also works when I'm out and about as I either take a small flask with boiling water in, or ask at a cafe if I can have a small teapot with boiling water in. It instantly gives you your babys milk at the right temperature.

Great minds think alike!! I've done this with all my lot!! So much easier than using those stupid bottle warmers that places provide!!
If a feed is still an hour away I take a bottle with just freshly boiled water in it and usually the water is at the right temp., but only if I'm in a shopping centre! If I'm outside it cools too quickly!! LOL!!!
lol! thats the problem with that method the fact that you cant predict the weather!
thanks for the tip though as hadnt thought about this as only just started this whole converting to bottle feeding thing now!
