I just wanted to let everyone know about the excellent service I received from Slumber-roo (www. slumber-roo.co.uk). Not only did they have the cheapest price I could find for a hotsling on the internet - unusual in itself for a small company- their customer service has been excellent with quick, helpful and friendly responses from them. Despite a small hitch (my sling was delivered to my billing address rather than my delivery address) they dealt with the issue extremely promptly and refunded me the cost of Special Delivery to get the package to me quickly in time for going away.

Very impressed and would highly reccomend them if anyone is looking to buy a new sling. Their website is great and they have a really nice selection (I'm resisting the temptation to buy more now )
