I was just feeding Dominic his Breakfast and noted that I was working much harder than I do in the evening. Surely feeding is feeding, but the diproportionate effort is due to me really not wanting to dress him all over again this morning while in an evening it just doesn't matter as much since he'll be going in the bath. Thinking about it my choice of food changes too....Yogurt only in an evening for example!
So how about you guys are your little ones immaculate all the time....or only at certain points in the day?

Doesn't bother me. Ella gets a yoghurt normally at lunch - but she can be bogging before I even leave the house in the morning . And twins are often sicky or have quite runny nappies so need clothes changed quite often. If twins finish the day dressed the same it is a miracle If I have to give them all 2 or 3 changes a day then thats what I have to do. xx
Jack's sick a bit during the day but I don't keep changing his clothes unless he's fairly wet. Just mop him up with muslins. He gets a change after bathtime and in the mornings. I don't keep bibs on him all the time either as it can't be comfortable having those things hanging round your neck all the time.
However if we're going out I will keep a bib on him til we reach out destination so he's not sick on his clothes in the car
My kids get up and dressed looking great but by the end of the day they look like nobody owns them, but the way i see it is they are kids and if they cant get messy or dirty now when can they? It is different if we are going out but we dont get them ready till the last minute then but once they are there if they spill something down them so be it lol. As far as Lily-Mae she has a clean set of clothes on as and when she needs it.(at least one set a day though) If its warm enough and we are at home or visiting family once we are in the door socks/tights/jeans etc come off so she is just in a nappy and vest as she loves her freedom without restrictions of clothes, although she is a very good aim at dirtying others clothes up when she is sick or dribbles lol

I've given up trying to keep Toby clean all day as he is such a little monkey now! I'll change him if he's very wet, specially mucky or if we are going out but other than that I'm not too worried - it's me that normally need to change as I always end up with banana, jam or something squished into my clothes by his Royal cheekiness!!
