I'm always pleased with the delivery service itself as the guys are always pleasant and helpful, but the Customer Service staff are usually great too! A couple of weeks back I ordered 2x packs Pampers Easy Up pants as they were 1/2 price and the offer was ending next day. I wasnt home and hubby accepted delivery of a size smaller as substitution which was a bit silly of them, i'd have rathered them go a size up. No problem, I thought i'll take them back to the store when i'm passing next, which turned out to be yesterday, and just exchange, but as the offer had ended their tills wouldnt directly exchange and wanted to re-fund then charge full price for new pack. So I brought them back home and called head office, the girl was great and offered to either send out a voucher for the difference in price or refund it to my debit card for the inconvenience - as they were 1/2 price the difference i'd have to pay was basically the full price i'd paid for the nappies on my order of ¬£2.99 each. I accepted the refund to my card and planned to take them back again today to get the right size, but when I wasnt home last night hubby opened one pack to put Jayden in for bed. I didnt realise until this morning and the things fit him just fine, so now i've had 2x packs for free lol. Totally unplanned but I did feel a bit guilty
. Also the 5p fuel vouchers started again Monday and I didnt get one with this week's delivery, so I e-mailed them and a voucher arrived in the post today. Well done Tesco, keep it up!
