I finally got around to contacting the company about the recall on bindeez.

kira had 3 different bindeez sets and i wanted to know how to go about getting replacement beads when they were xmas pressies and i had no receipts etc.

I emailed them on friday night and received a reply email today - sunday!!

they are sending out replacement beads - i dont need to send proof or anything!!

how good is that!? so pleased - kira can finally get on and make some bindeez :)
