the parents must be sick in the head! they can't see a problem, when they outlive their child, they might see a problem then.

How is this even possible? What sort of parents would give their child a cigarette in the first place, but then let a 2 year old develop a 40 A day habit? :shock:

There's some very sick people in this world!

that is disgusting!!!! Who on earth would actually give an 18 month old child a cigerette in the first place. Some people just do not deserve to have kids!

that is sick absolutely sick cant believe the dad said he seems healthy to me i dont see the problem is he right in the head i would go mental if it was a child i knew why is the child not taken off them
