They say everything comes in threes don't they?!

Been having bother with the heating for the past few months, keeps turning itself off when the shower is on, then the timer stopped working and when it got serviced apparently everything was ok with it! Anyways called them out to come and look at it and theres parts that need replacing, and the whole system has to be drained! Parts are coming tomorrow and then the office will phone again to arrange a suitable time to come and fix the parts which are leaking inside and stuff! The most annoying thing is I have 4 answerphone messages from them ( they have left one each day since Friday) explaining that they are waiting for the part which will be available Wednesday and will phone to arrange a suitable time! I only need telling this the once! If I get another flipping message today I'm afraid to say I shall go wild

Well it was meant to be there yesterday and they were supposed to phone and arrange a date and guess what....... NO PHONECALL! So I'm assuming that they haven't got it in yet!

Had a phonecall earlier on, the parts have arrived and the engineer is coming out on Monday
Although god knows what time!
