1. I bought my pram from here and it had a problem with one of the catches. I phoned them and they collected my pram at 7pm, fixed it and brought it back at 9pm - THE SAME NIGHT!
2. I bought a cotbed from them and had no way of getting it home. They dropped it off to me 2 days later - NO CHARGE!
3. One of the studs came off my changing bag and it was out of Warranty. I called them and they told me to bring it in and they would put a new one on for me. I did and it is now fixed. - NO CHARGE!
4. I went in to buy a new baby car seat. The lady spent 45 mins with me, telling me about the Baby Car Seat Course she had been on and advised me not to get one just now as I still had use in my old one. Didn't try and sell me something I didn't need. - FANTASTIC
I buy all my baby stuff from them now as their Customer Service is excellent.
