Hi my husband and I are off to Mallorca next month and Ethan will be seven months old then. He has special formula so I will take that with us, but what about the water? Does anyone know if it's safe to boil the tap water there to make up feeds, or would bottled water be better? I read somewhere that you shouldn't make up feeds with bottled water. I'm so confused, any advice would be much appreciated, thanks

the best thing to do hun is ask your health visitor. some bottled water has high potassium levels in but she will be able to give you a list of some that are not so high or tell you what is best to do.

Great, thanks for the advice. Ethan is being weighed next Weds so I'll ask then. So many things to plan when taking the little one-holidays used to be so easy!

Evian is safe to be boiled and used. I used that for Elijah when she was small when we visited my in-laws as I hated their hard water.
