My luck sucks!!! Washing machine won't spin! Oh great, so please picture me yesterday hand wringing 2 towels, 1 duvet cover, 1 pillow case, 1 sheet, 4 school shirts, 2 T-shirts and various underwear in the bath
When is someone coming to look at it I hear you cry................the 1st of September! I'm a whole week without a ruddy washing machine!!!!!!!
Thank God the kids are back at school so I don't have as many pairs of jeans needing washed. Also thank Him upstairs for my mum living in East Kilbride and having a working machine (although if she didn't I know of some wee (ok not quite so wee ) woman who I could bribe with cakes to let me use her machine )
So what#s the third thing going to be? Please let it be something small like the kettle, or the toaster which can be replaced within 10 minutes and a quick jaunt to Sainsbury's!!!

Welcome to use my washing machine when you need it - even let you dry the clothes in the tumble drier ! And yes cakes would be a sufficient bribe - or just babysit 3 girls for hour or so

Mother's laundrette was great, left her with a couple of service washes while I went for a cuppa and a gab with Fi & Sal
Heading back over on Tuesday for another few loads, then hopefully mine will be fixed on Thursday. Hoping it's something simple that the guy has in his van!

May offer straightners to iron out creases But small problem mine are about 5 years old so may need new ones for the job
