Coles birthday is the day before Fathers Day and hes having a party so I want to get a Fathers day gift ASAP but have no idea what to get!!! Ideas please! and nothing to corny please lol |

What about something for the car? A new tee shirt? Take him out for a meal. I have seen all the usual things in the shops, the mugs with 'best dad' or 'no. 1 dad' tee shirts etc. Same things every year. |

I'm taking Lucy to a local paint your own pots type place to let her paint a mug for him...... think that might be classed as corny after a certain age though  Hope someone else can come up with better suggestions

For fathers day i would be over the moon with a hand made card from the kids, where the personal touch is more important than what it looks like. Us men may talk about the latest gadget, game or dvd thats out but nothing replaces being with our family and having something money cant ever buy

Ella made her Daddy a card from all 3 of them this year. And then gave it to him last night My dad got one too, and both cards have to be displayed in the window so everyone can see them. Mum's get well soon card is on window too. Other than that no idea. Didn't get either mum anything for Mother's day this year (well was kind of busy and couldn't get to the shops. Mum and Dad's anniversary fell the week after and I missed it too - Wishaw General hospital shop isn't the best ) So will not be getting Neil or my dad much as feel bad for missing Mother's Day. xx |
