My fave is "The girl in the red coat" by Roma Ligocka.
It's an account of the authors experience growing up in the holocaust but is really uplifting and everytime I read it I think how lucky I am xx

Has to be the 'Shopaholic' Books by Sophie Kinsella, especially if you want a chuckle!!
The best book I ever read was 'Circle of Friends' Maeve Binchy. I'm not a fan of all her books but this is my fave ever! I read it as a teenager and it literally changed my life, as I could totally relate to the main character, Benny.
Louise Bagshawe books are really good, she has a knack of making you live the characters lives, her new one 'Glamour' was Brilliant!!
