I'm cheating. Ok so i am being relatively good (but cant do without my wine in evening  )I am changing shape slowly but not losing weight. So have resorted to drastic action and tonight i am having the first of eight sessions of I lipo. It promises good results, you have to excersise after each session which i will do.at £500 its not cheap but i need to see some results before i get too despondent. I will let you know how it goes over nxt couple of days and wether its worth the money! |

Lol What is I Lipo? Im assuming its not like normal lipo-suction? |

It breaks up the fat cells and if you then excersise it has lots more effect. I should lose about an inch each time. they reccomend eight sessions over four weeks to see benefits that last. |

Ah I know what your talking about now. Ive seen it done on some makeover programme before, (maybes 10 years younger - Cant remember lol). The results were really good and the treatment was pain-free. Sounds great! |
