bought a mega value box of nappies and was very annoyed to find that about 15 nappies so far have gone into the bin - unused - because the tabs keep ripping off!!! so this morning i emailed them - returned home from shopping to a reply - they are sending a freepost envelope for me to return what i have left and packaging so they can look into the problem. Have also sent me vouchers to replace the nappies too :D

yey!

This has annoyed me in the past and I have just binned them when I should have complained like you Vicky. Not had that many faulty at once in a box though. How unlucky were you?.

Glad you got some vouchers :D

Hi Vicky,

The exact same thing happened to me with a box of Pampers and I had to do the same by sending some back for analysis. They sent me a £10.00 voucher if I remember right.

I had this problem with Huggies, when you phone they only ask for the batch number and send you a £5 voucher, not much use when 5 nappies in a big box!!!
