As the title says really, i have been following the new pro points plan for 8wks and i have lost 1st 5lbs so far.
Anyone want to sahre tips etc??

I used to do WW years ago but Im a SW girl now just rejoined on Wed.
Whats the new plan like is it good? Did u do it before the new plan?

Yes i did the old plan but i didnt really stick to it 100% because i was doing it alone, but this tipme ive joined a class. I love the new plan and find it really easy to lose weight.
