What you need to do is put your mouse just outside the area you want to show as your thumbnail and then drag it over the area to make a square. (That's probably about as clear as mud, yeah? ) We're going to get Jess to rewrite the instructions asap......

Once you've uploaded your photo...... Click on the big photo. Hold the left button down and drag it over the area. You'll see a square appear. You can move that square or stretch it or shrink it by clicking the corner of the square. When you're happy that the right part of your main photo is selected, then Save Thumbnail & Publish Photo.
