This morning i broke my mobile!! It fell out my pocket while i was locking up the house, hit the concrete step and smashed the screen into smitherines!
I cant be without a mobile because of work calls so i have borrowed kiras for now and put my sim into it.

So now im on the phone lookout - think I might change to vodaphone - was orange - as the signal is better with them.

So any ideas on what to get guys?? Needs to be not too expensive, but i suppose i could bite the bullet and go down the contract route if needs be.....

Are you on pay as you go?

Not really sure what to recommend I've got an iPhone and so has Si so never really used anything else. We are both on orange too, and get pretty good coverage wherever we go. Try to go into one of the phone shops? There usually good at recommending a good deal for whatever you want.

yep on payg, have an orange san francisco - loved it but feel the need for something new! I would love an iphone but dont think i can stretch to that as have 2 tyres to buy too

Go to a cheapy repair shop and get a new screen could be cheapest. Don't know if you have an indoor market but there's normally a 'repairer' in them.

im on contract vodafone and they are fab never had a problem with them i pay £26 a monthamd never go over mins or usage i have a i phoen 4 x

Neil on a giff gaff contract - not really sure how it works but know he pays £10 every so often like pay as you go.
Other than than - got iphone here too, and will prob get another when my contract runs out. Have your tried tesco, my sis' ex had his phone from them and got a blackberry at quite a decent price.
Or as Kathryn said a wee repair shop to just fix the screen.

Not goin to bother with gettin it fixed, only cost 79£ 2 yr ago, so want a new one.

Might have a look at San francisco 2 Yvonne, heard they can b unlocked easy enough, or if anyone here's of a cheap 2 nd hand iPhone let me know!
