We went at 6.30 and spoke to a lovely guy who actually noted all our concerns.
We have to go back at 10.30 tomorrow to give witness statements of the harrassment so they can arrest him again!!
The CPS are looking at the evidence and we should hear back from them soon.We also made a complaint about the officer who is dealing with the case( total lack of info off him!)

Fingers crossed we may,hopefully,get somewhere now :roll:
