Looks like saturday, Better be hubs asked again about compo but store manager digging heals in, so in hubs hands and will be speaking to HQ.
I want my bed, I need my bed !!

My Superking bed base broke on 22nd dec contacted them 23rd, not open till boxing day but luckily store manager checked ansa phone, suggested we put duvet under mattress and he would come to house and check base and order one side!!! I dont think so!!! So it totally collapsed on 23rd dec so have been sleeping on mattress on floor ever since, hubs asked re some sort of compensation as only got bed end of aud/sept and guys response was well we dont just av a pot of 20-30 pounds to dish out!! Was told warehouse not open till 2nd Jan, so they would order it then but would take approx 2-3wks, HUbs phoned them has been ordered and should arrive sometime this week?? Still no phonecall and hubs contacted them again and hope to have it by friday. We paid a lot of money for this bed and sleeping on mattress on floor is playing havoc with out backs. Fingas x it will be here on friday at latest or i'll scream and you will all hear me LOL. xcx |

My base arrived!!!! Oh i cant wait tonight to go to bed!!  .
Can also go to store and have anything we like for value upto 50quid, so as hardly anything is 50 quid will have to go and have look. So better than nothing. xcx |
