Really not happy at the minute!

As most people know on here we recently moved into our own place and ordered bedroom furniture from asda direct. Everything came as it should and was put up by the company whos service was great, I couldnt fault that in any way!
But we never realised the furniture was as big as it was and we had ordered 2 chests of drawers, one which we had to return because there was nowhere to put the things!

Anyways I got onto them and they said the money would be refunded into our account and I though nothing more of it! Just been checking our statments online and nothing has been payed into our account from asda direct! Its about £200 though!

I feel a blasting coming on

I sifted through my emails, and they sent me one on the 4th Septmember saying they would refund to my account within the next ten days. There well over there 10 days now lol! Swines
