Im normally really pleased with elc with their no quibbles returns and how you dont need a receipt or even a reason to return things.

But chris returned a paddling pool today, never used and he had the receipt. The woman got really funny with him and refused t refund. Took our name and address , item and receipt and said that shell contact head office and its down to them to refund as she wasnt prepared too. She also said youll only get £10 back as thats the lastes retail price, despite our receipt saying £24. Chris being a man accepted this and left the shop.

After an hour on the phone between customer services and the store I finally managed to get my refunfd.

Its really unusual for them to refuse a return

Hope you got the full amount that you paid! I don't realy shop with them but normaly hear good things about them... Maybe it was just her? Probably got a stick up her a*s or something!
