rang 3 times and getting no help whats so ever they have said they do there best to get to u in time slots booked but dont promise
so now sent a snotty email

Isn't the slot time like 3 hrs? like will deliver between 1-3... So no excuse for being late! What if you had somewhere to be!

aww vicki they are a nightmare, the day before I was going in to have hannah I ordered a shop so food would be ready etc. They phoned when it should have been there to say it wouldnt be coming as payment hadnt cleared. half an hour later someone knocked on door with the shopping but then he told me he couldnt deliver it, phoned office who said it had been paid for but bloke wouldnt give it. Then 10mins after he left they phoned again to say it had been paid for and should have been delivered..at that point I told them to stuff it and wrote a really long email complaining etc they didnt even respond
