Well I joined 2 weeks ago and my first weigh in last week I lost 6 1/2lb was amazed Ive never lost that much on a diet before.
I really like this new Pro Points plan its so flexible hope I get at least 1lb off this week to get my 1st silver 7

thanks girls finding it quite easy you get so many points a day then 49 weekly ones to use how you want so if you know you are going out for a meal its really good. xxx |
