Hate it!!! I cant keep anything alive. Dad is my gardener. He grows all sorts - including huge 7ft dahlias. They are gorgeous and the talk of the town. As for grass, we have a wee man Colin who is in charge of that. I just enjoy all their hard work hehehehe xx

I love it! I just dont get the chance to do it with an inquisitive 15month old toddling around! There is too much granite & too many steps around to let him completely loose whilst I do the gardening. Just had my Mum & Dad down & we all did it together & now it looks GREAT! Its one of only a few jobs where it instantly makes a difference & you can see you've done a good job x

hate it too tbh,i have a man comes twice a month to mow lawn and general tidy up. dont do flowers except in tubs and baskets but they are usually bought from shops etc but i do grow fruit and veg. This year i have lettuce, tomatoes, spring onions, strawberries, garden peas and carrots in the greenhouse. would love to do potatoes too but dont have the room for them at the moment. saves a fortune over the summer months and kids love growing, preparing and cooking the things we grow. xxxxxxxx

I don't mind mowing etc & planting up a few pots & borders, but i'm by no means a proper gardener! I have got a few things to grow from seed this year (food wise), so we'll see how they turn out
