worse customer service ever no reply after 25 call and several messages- so much for me calling back monday to arrange pick up for the highchair. will now write a very snotty letter. |

I received brilliant customer service from Cosatto. When the zip on my pram cover broke, they replaced it no problem. I would try sending an email. |
