Are you expecting - or have you had - a surprise baby just when you thought you weren't going to have any more children?!

I am a freelance parenting and health journalist and I'm writing a piece for Essentials magazine about the best choice of contraception for women over 35. As part of the piece we'd like to feature an older mum (40s ideally, but I'm not too fussy!) who became pregnant with a 'surprise' baby a bit later in life when she thought contraception wasn't an issue any more.

I'm also looking for mums who've switched from using the Pill to a contraception implant.
