i have spent days and days on the phone to hoover also known as Candy
will they ring you back no they won't...........

My washing machine was only 7 months old and it's took 7 whole months to get a new one,

dispencer didn't fit properly..........

programmer slipped and wouldn't start and then water all over my floor as it leaked....

There attidude was not acceptible.......

different story when i mentioned Trading standards........
