MOT cost us about £100 in June, which is fab for us, but I think we're going to make up for that this week.
Saturday I took my mum down to my Grandpa's and the car seemed to be dragging. On the way back home on comes a lovely wee light on the dashboard. There is a problem with either the engine or the electronics! Me no likey the sound of that!
Phoned the recovery peeps (included in insurance policy) yesterday, who would come and look at it, if not fixable by them (doubt it will be) they'd take to the garage for us. Garage not open on a Sunday so said we'd phone back this morning as we didn't want the car left at the garage over night (dodgy people in that East Kilbride

). Phoned this morning at 7:30, with the reference number we were given yesterday, only to be told they had to check we were insured by Kwik Fit and they couldn't do that until 8am! Asked what if we'd phoned in the middle of the night stranded in some country road, was told that we'd have to give them credit card details!! Erm, we don't have a credit card so we'd be stranded until the freakin' Kwik Fit office opened!!! I mean what kind of freakin' service is that! Needless to say we won't be renewing with Kwik Fit next year if their recovery service is crap like that! Were with M&S for years and they used the RAC, one phonecall with insurance policy number and they were happy to help!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!
Might be getting the bus over next Sunday Fi!!!
