We've been looking at superkingsized beds in order to accomodate our little lodger (15 months) but they are just too expensive for us....soooo DS1 has left home to go to uni, DD1 has moved into his room and taken custody of the double bed in his room soooo we've taken Ellies single bed and attached it to ours. It's an Ikea day bed so it's guarded all the way round so we now have a 7ft 6in bed. Last night was great....instead of ending up in the bedside cot (which is dismantled and listed on ebay) I ended up in the single bed with DS6 (Jakers) in the middle of us both. We slept so much better last night.

You sound like a celeb off cribs with that huge bed!!
Do you have an indoor pool and 3 Bentleys on the drive too? :

I'm glad you slept better.I hate being the one who has to cling on for dear life just for an inch of mattress space
That sounds like me....I've even been known to go and curl up on the 2 seater sofa in our room because it was more comfortable than hanging on for dear life.

What a huge bed .
I think we need one of those. Although ours in kingsize, 4 in a bed with Courtney and Cameron joining us throughout the night is so much a tight squeeze. Especially how my 2 sleep with their arms and legs everywhere

It's National Baby Massage Week 13-18 May, and it's got me fondly reminiscing about the wonderful baby massage classes I took my two boys to when they were tiny.
