Hi, my youngest Olivia (6 months) has had atleast 1 eye infection a month since birth and always has sticky eyes. I took her Drs again yesterday as she has another one and he has referred her for an urgent appointment at the eye hospital. Her lower eye lashes turn inwards onto her eyes too. Has anyone experienced this and know what they may do?

My nephew had constant 'gunky' eyes when he was a baby. Tests came back showing he had a mild case of pneumonia. It was treated but the doctor said that whenever he had a gunky eye it would contain the bacteria, so to be careful when cleaning it etc. Sent my SIL into a panic, but Thomas was, and still is (he's going into Year6), perfectly fine.

Cole has bletheritis (sp) no inturned lashes but he does get sore eyes.
Hope its something easily sorted hun x
