Hi everyone,

We have just been made aware of a card that Virgin Money have just brought out to give the benefits of a credit card, but without the chance to amass a debt.

The Virgin Prepaid MasterCard® is the only Prepaid card that gives you money off where it matters – on holidays, films, gyms, wine and more.

Just think, simply picking up this card could save you a few hundred quid on your holiday or make a hefty dent in the price of that PlayStation you've had your eye on. Open the door to a whole world of valuable Virgin discounts:

HIGH STREET SAVINGS - You can save £££s on our range of discounted High Street vouchers. Great savings from your favourite stores including Currys, Debenhams, Sainsbury's, B&Q and Boots:

First month fee with Virgin Media

10% off at Virgin Wines

A month off at Virgin Active

10% off at Virgin Holidays

20% off at Virgin Experiences

10% off Virgin Car, Home, Pet and Annual Travel Insurance

Sounds good to me! Check it out at:

No catch as such. It costs you £9.95 to buy the card to start with and every time you use it there's a transaction charge of 2.95% that's deducted from your balance.

I've got a paypal prepay card, you pay £5 for it and there are no transaction charges! You can also top it up from your paypal balance!
