I need to lose some weight after I lost some while ill last year and earlier this year and now have put it all back on again plus a bit extra. It also turns out that being overweight might (the research isn't clear but I'm not taking any risks) make it more likely for my breast cancer to come back.
The problem is that I'm useless at portion control, motivation and being hungry so the Slimming World diet looks like a good bet!I hope I'm not being cheeky and you ladies are such a lovely and supportive bunch (is that enough flattery?
) but does anyone have a SW pack they could send me? I'm not fussed about whether it's electronic or on paper. I can't make my local meeting because there's no creche and my OH is going to be away during the week for all of November, probably part of December and maybe again next year so can't look after him in the evenings.Thank you lovely ladies!
