For someone with no willpower and who's rubbish at being hungry? I could do with losing 1-2 stone, have no willpower, can't face being hungry/resist temptation but don't have lots of time or energy for exercising (I'm on some treatment that leaves me really tired), just enough for a bit of walking or using an exercise bike. Jogging/running and swimming are all out for different reasons.
I'm also looking for some inspiration for exercise DVDs. Are there any that are good for weight loss, flexibility and losing a a floppy mummy tummy - not asking much am I?!
Hiya hun I would say try Slimming World. I used to be a Weight Watcher girl but then I wasnt shifting the weight and a friend was having great loses on SW, so I joined the new Extra Easy plan is fab and Ive lost 3 stone. Still got loads to go but I feel so much better for it and you can eat loads on this diet. Good Luck hunni xxx
Thanks ladies. Sounds like Slimming World is worth a good try and hopefully won't be too expensive. There's a meeting near me, just need to get the baby sitting sorted out (my OH's away too much during the week to help )
Emma, yes, I remember seeing your photos and the difference is amazing!
I think slimming world is great. Good luck hun, and i know the group i went to allowed my children to come with me, so worth asking so getting babysitters is not such a problem. All the best x

It's National Baby Massage Week 13-18 May, and it's got me fondly reminiscing about the wonderful baby massage classes I took my two boys to when they were tiny.
