Anyone want to swap a nice new pine 7x5 garden shed with my delapidated piece of woodworm-ridden rotting excuse for a garden outbuilding that appears to be defying the forces of wind and gravity only by the power of some strange God and the surface tension of the paint that remains on it.
Must collect. Bring own buckets and bags as fragmentation may be severe or dismantling!
